Viktor Rud is happy to announce his appointment as Professor of Singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln (Cologne University of Music and Dance)!

On October 1st, 2025, he joined the distinguished faculty of this university – one of Europe’s finest and largest institutions for music and the performing arts, which has recently celebrated its 100th anniversary.

Rud has long pursued his deep commitment to the education of young singers. He has previously held teaching positions at prestigious institutions such as the Haute école des arts du Rhin in Strasbourg and the Music Universities of Weimar and Bremen.

He finds a beautiful harmony in combining his educational activity with his activity as an opera and concert singer, which he continues to pursue with great passion and dedication.
